Default Spark plug tube seals

So my problem started when my #3 plug wire kept poping out I googled it and I seen someone on Hondatech that had the same problem

https://honda-tech.com/forums/honda-crx-ef-civic-1988-1991-3/civic-91-spark-plug-wires-keep-popping-up-2473222/

I go and Tighten my plugs and noticed my plugs were full of oil so now I guess I have to change them out has anyone ever done this? I found this link and it says that there some on top and on bottom check it out

http://www.tegger.com/hondafaq/oilyplugs/index.html

I found them on oreillyauto.com $11.99 Each set Hope this dose it and I hope I don't have to change the bottom ones out as well

So easy to change, just take off your valve cover and replace them all, nothing to it, they just pop out

The top ones are easy I hope I don't need tp change the bottoms as well. Do you think having all that oil in there would make my car all shakey and stuff? I hope that gos away when I change the plugs again and theres no more oil in the plugs as well...

There are "only" 4 tube seals, no top and bottom

They are on the underside of the valve cover, it's a 15 mins job

the oil seals you speak of are loacted in slots undereath on the valve cover. pop them out and replace them. there are only 4 seals.

As mentioned, it's simple. And if you are using oem seals, they go in only one way. It is number 3 in the picture below, part #12342-PJ7-000

oh, btw, those fel pro ones are garbage. I was doing a repair on a crx out of town a couple years back with no Honda dealer around, only to have fel pro available, they do not fit anywhere near as well as oem

I'm not sure about making it shaky, but fixing the issue will definately make it run better as it will not have to burn the oil off everytime it fires. It is one of the easiest fixes there is, takes all of about 15-20 depending on how much time you spend "just looking at it"....

Meh, i mean yes, they are round and fit in the hole, not not nearly as nice as the oem part. The oem gaskets, also often have the little nubs that help holp them in place during install. I worked for Honda for years, and can really tell the difference in fitment between oem and aftermarket
