Default didn't put silicone on outer front/rear main seals bad/good?

So I didn't put silicone on the outer front/rear crankseals where it bolts up to the block. I know that when it leaks its the main seals but I replaced them and replaced the oil pump seal. What do you guys think? I personally don't think it will anyone have any stories that did the same thing?
