Default Blox Shifter issue

Hello guys, I just bought a new Blox single bend shifter locally from someone. It has never been installed and is new in open box. I just noticed last night, a few days after I bought it, that one of the bearings is not spinning smoothly.

On one side, there is absolutely no resistance. On the other side, I can feel it catching or grinding just slightly. I see a size number on the bearing, so I'm guessing they are changeable.

Any ideas on how to get it out??

The issue is there's nothing to grab with the punch... the inside of the bearing is almost flush with the middle of the hole...

There is a hole straight through the shifter though correct? Can you not push a punch through the opposite side at an angle and grab a peice of the lip?

That's what I'm talking about. There's nothing to grab when looking into the hole at the bearing on the opposite side. It's flush - or at least flush enough that it will be very very difficult to grab enough...
