Default short shifter

I just bought a b&m short shifter and it requires a stock shifter sleeve, does anyone know where i could get one because the shifter on my car previously had a generic short shifter when i bought it and didn't have the sleeve it was bearings. can anyone help me?

Hmm, i have a skunk2 but still, installing a short shifter i think pretty much the same for any s/s wether it be b&m, generic, skunk2, ect. Is that bearing your talking about at the bottom and plastic? Im thinking you may have mistaken it for a bearing and its actually that sleeve your talking about. It pulls off, not the easiest but it does.
