Bearing or bushings short shifter

Bearing or bushings short shifter
I notice that the B&m short shifter didn't come with a sealed bearing, you have to take the oem sleeve and change the rubber bushings with those who come in with the shifter.
Skunk2 or dc come with a sealed bearing instead of rubber bushings, I was wondering which is best, I suppose a bearing is.
My stock shifter is loose as hell in gear almost 1 inch both ways. i suspect its the oem rubber bushings that are worn off so that's why I'm a little hesitant of buying b&m shifter
but skunk2 duel bend shifters are back ordered for a couple of months so i'm undecided.
Someone has a suggestion.

Re: Bearing or bushings short shifter (snouka)
Both are the same for the most part. But the bearings on my Skunk2 shifter got all f-ed up after a few months. B&M, no problems

Yes and yes. I think one of those side bushing things thats suppose to cover the bearings wasn't included in my kit so the linkage crushed the bearings (even though I didn't tighten them that much).
I have a B&M one now and have had no problems. The throw in both felt the same, but I think the Skunk2 is weighted a little bit more so its "firmer"

For how long have you had your b&m?
Are those four little bushings really better than the oem ones, I guess they are in urethane right?
My main problem is that my shifter is f..ng loose and a do misshifts like once a week because of that. If you tell me that those urethane bushings will last and won't make my shifter go side to side in gears well than that's what I want.
