Right now i have a LS with p30 pistons. About to swap on a built pnp ls head with supertech valvetrain and Crower cams.

Right now i have a JDM Type R header and a 2.5 inch exhaust. I was wondering what a better replacement header would be for the type r. I see the greddys are cheap but im not looking to cheap out although im not looking to spend bisi header kind of money.

Vibrant header looks great, is 421 and it offers GREAT ground clearance. My vote

 

If you can still find one, get an Edelbrock, they make very good numbers, and quality is top notch!!

sure...i think im going with a kidd header, they put up some serious numbers

 

i had a friend with the same set up you have other than the cams.. .he had some blox hsl i believe and when he went with kidd header over his type r cast (factory header) he lost power! like 2 whp. he had itbs also
