Knocking/Ticking noise when I drive or rev the car up fast around 3k
A while back I was driving my car and my injector stopped shooting fuel, only one.. After replacing the bad injector the car runs fine but has a knock/ticking noise to it. This noise happens when I drive or rev the car up fast around 3k, but when i rev it slow past 3k and up there is no noise. The car has been sitting for a while now but runs fine and still takes the abuse, what could it be? rod bearing? bent valve? etc? any help is appreciated. thanks!

^ sucks brotha. Ive had a little more luck as the car still runs straight. Me and my friend fixed the injector and I drove back and forth to school expecting it to blow but its been a trooper so far. (knock on wood) hopefully it'll last until I save for a swap
