Default Type S cams in a jdm head?

Ive been reading about this for a long time. I have a usdm h22a4 and is swapping the head to a jdm h22a head. i have type s cams but i keep hearing its ok to run them in the head then again i hear its going to mess up the rocker arms and the retainers. Can anybody please give me some real insite on this issue. i just want to take the safe side to wear i dont break anything to spend more.
