Default New turbo setup, looking for opinions

Whats up guys, I think its time to turn up the boost on my b16 and i could use any constructive feedback you may have to offer.

Current setup is:
ERL superdeck II block w/ gsr crank 81mm bore
JE 9:1 pistons, manley rods
stock b16 head, cams, valve train, and intake manifold
t3/to4e garrett turbo 60 trim, .63 a/r
revhard cast manifold
35mm turbosmart wastegate
2.5" downpipe

New setup:

Same block, ERL sleeved superdeck II 81mm w/ gsr crank
JE 9:1 pistons
b16 head w/ skunk2 valve springs/retainers
ITR cams
skunk2 intake manifold
same turbo t3/to4e 60 trim .63 a/r
Speed factory Miniram turbo manifold
3" downpipe

My goal is 450 whp on 93, not sure if this turbo will make it that far. I would like to see 500 to the ground on e85. So what i'm wondering is:

will this turbo get me there?
still trying to decide if I should go with a miniram or just get a ramhorn turbo manifold, opnions based on this setup would be nice.
will this 35mm wastegate cut it?
and, thinking ITR cams but would pro 1's be better or to aggressive until i upgrade the turbo?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

No. that turbo will not get 450whp on 93 octane, nor is there any reason to change cams until you upgrade the turbocharger.

Pushed to its wits end, that turbo should make 450whp on race gas, but certainly not on 93oct pump gas. You'll want to look into something larger such as the BW S256 for those power goals...Also, that 2.5" dp and exhaust is going to limit what you can make. It may be something worth upgrading in the future

Thanks for the info guys.

I think I am going to start with the limiting factors: id1000 injectors, 4bar map, s300 system, 3" downpipe and exhaust with my current turbo and manifold and see where that takes me. Then I will pick up a larger turbo, ramhorn manifold, downpipe, cams, springs/retainers, etc and go for broke.
