Am I detonating or mis-firing?
How can I tell? There's DEFINITELY something going on.
The car "shudders" so-to-speak under any load at any rpm. Doesn't matter.
Info: b18c1 11.8:1cr. Tuned-ish. (ran just fine for a while. This is recent)
Research shows that if it is det. I should be hearing a "pinging" noise. And I don't. I'm at school right mow and won't be able to pull the plugs till tmro. But I'm FREAKING OUT. Someone help me, gimme some ideas. What should I try, what should I look for??

Usdm gsr with jdm itr pistons and a bunch of boltons.

did you do anything to the car befor it started shuddering or just out of no where , check for a vacum leak. dose the car rev up fine in nuetral or with the clutch in ?
Pull your plugs after a wide open throttle pull.. see if there's spics that look like black pepper or red pepper sprinkled on ur plugs..in the porclin area.
normally you'll know if your knocking if you put your car in 3rd gear, and at like 1500rpms mash the gas.. you hear some metal on metal noise which would indicate you are knocking / pinging.. you wont noticed in the higher rpms.. but its noiceable in the lower rpm range

You're right about it being more noticeable at lower rpms, but it doesn't sound like (as someone once put it) "bb's". It's just a series of "Thuds".
