So I can't figure out what code this would be. This is for a 94 honda civic all of a sudden it started running really rich. Its wasting more fuel and once in a while it smells. So far i've checked the wires and plugs. I haven't checked the o2 sensors yet, I posted a video of the cel. Thanks

 

That's code 43. If there's no driveability issues, then the O2 sensor may be bad.

Have you also inspected the cap and rotor?
