Default Needing more displacement in a B16a

I was wondering how to make more displacement in a b16a without buying a JUN, Spoon, or Toda kit. Can you put a B18c1 crankshaft in? How much can you bore it, safely?

with all the $$ you'd spend on stroking a B16 block, you're better off buying a B18C shortblock...and possibly building it up some.
