Icon2 Does the wideband o2 take place of narrow band?

Wondering if the wideband 02 takes place of narrowband, or do I need to weld a new bung for it?

ideally...and im gona say this from personal experience, i would say just weld a new bung in for it in or around the area of the factory bung location. Innovates LC1 wideband controller can be used to simulate the factory o2 sensor from the readings the wideband takes with analog output 1, however the sensors are unreliable, and when they fail, you throw your o2 sensor code. They also dont explain that regardless of whether your obd1 or obd2, your gona throw an o2 heater code if you dont leave the factory o2 sensor hooked up. Long story short, its less trouble to just weld in a new bung then it is to rewire the new analog output in and leave your old o2 just hanging somewhere.
