Default D16Y8: Starter won't crank engine

I have a question im hoping someone can help me figure out.
I have a d16y8. When i turn the key to start the car, i hear the radiator fan turn on and spin but it doesnt turn over. Ive replaced the starter and checked the fuses. My battery is good and charged. Any idea what it might be?

Thread titles MUST be subject specific so that members browsing topics can easily understand the tech problem without reading the post:

Because you are a new member, I edited the title for you this time.

Start by checking whether the rubber stopper that presses on the safety switch at the top of the clutch pedal is broken or has fallen out.

You're a mod and this is the first time you ever saw Ron use it?

You'll see.
Actually, I think he said he found the problem to be a loose transmission ground, so he won't see.
