P28 throws too many codes
Hey all,
CEL doesn't on standard driving but, I've noticed idle problems (plays between 600-800RPM).
So I manged to check the ECU for error codes.
It throws codes: 3, 10, 21, 41. ECU reset didn't fix it.
Futher more, on hard acceleration there's whining sound (like a turbo) comes from the hood (not a bearing nor belt for sure).
I tried starting up the car with oxygen sensor disconnected and it fixed the idling issues.
Is it possible that the whining sound comes from a hole on exhaust system and, causing all problems? How can I check it?
What do you guys think about those problems?
Car is stock d16z9 (civic ex 94)

well 3 is ur map sensor, 10 is ur air intake temp sensor, 21 is ur vtec solenoid, and 41 is ur oxygen sensor heater check ur manifold make sure erthing is connected correctly
if you extended any wires from a previous swap, i would go with a bigger gauge wire, i had the same codes on a swap i did becuase the wires were to small, if anything try another P28 and see if the same codes come up, i would also go over our wiring to see if any plugs are disconnected
