2002 Civic EX coupe, 191k miles, it is an original California car (different emissions). On my way home the engine light flashed on and off and my gauges started bouncing around. Leaving my car stranded. I could hear relays clicking by the ECU. Now it has no spark and the relays no longer click on. The check engine light won't come on when key is in "on" position either. Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like you are loosing electrical. Check your battery connections, alt connections, fuses, ect.

 

problem happened to me to on a different honda. my crank pulley fell off. doubt thats your problem though

 

Have you checked the battery cables and grounds?
Is the battery good? Do any of the exterior lights or dash lights come on when you turn the light switch on?
I know you said the check engine light doesn't come on, but what about any of the other indicators in the cluster? Do they come on?

Might be a fried ECU, might be as simple as a bad ignition switch. Might be... .. ...
