im assuming he wants the new hipster hella camber looks...

buy some sort of coilovers. doesnt matter what kind since your obviously arent going to care or want performance.

dial the springs down as low as possible.

get a camber kit all the way around to make your wheels fit with that amount of drop

then you will get your slanted wheel look

 

camber kits will just hit the shock towers. don't get them.
