Alignment....
I have a 92 civic 4 door lowered 4 inches on HX wheels, and i noticed my car loves to pull to the right side, and the rear wheels and tires look kinda slanted like it has positive camber, and the inside of the front tires have wear. i want to get an alignment, so what are the specs you guys suggest?
0 for the toe all around. If you have POSITIVE camber on a car that's lowered 4 inches (which is way too low, btw), then something is bent. Find out what's bent, fix it, then align it. You should have negative camber on a lowered Civic, not positive.
Can't tell via those pictures, and realistically, it's hard to tell at all without looking at the car in person. It looks normal for a '92-95 Civic to me from here.
Your best bet is to get the car on an alignment rack. Have them set the toe to dead center of the factory specs at all four corners, and make sure you ask for both the before and after print-outs.
Post the results of the alignment here.

that doesnt look like a 4 inch drop and your camber looks normal...
my car pulls to the right under acceleration , thats because i have uneven negative camber and theres really nothing i can do about it unless i get a camber kit
