98 civic DX/ b16a2 swap/stock harness/tuned OBD1 ECU - runs poorly (video)
Alright so I got the swap in and when I went to run the car, it ran like this. You may have to turn the speakers up, its not the best quality, but let me know if this tells you anything. I can rev and keep the car running as long as I do, but the car sounds rough, and without rev'n it will just stall out.

Ok so the car threw 10 and 21. Both of which would make sense I guess. I don't have vtec wired in yet, and I can imagine the TPS would throw if the two were switched, but I don't get why it didn't throw a code for the MAP
Nevermind, 10 is intake air temperature sensor. I have that connected, but just pretty much sitting there. Its not in track of my intake. You think that alone would make the car run that rough?
Everything I'm reading about the code leads me to think that the car would still run fine with it throwing that code. So I don't think thats whats making the car run like that.
Post the wire colors for the TPS and MAP sensor. Swapping connectors does not always throw CEL codes.
Is the IAT sensor plugged in? What color wires are in its connector?
Also check the plugs, wires, cap, and rotor.
Did you already check the mechanical timing?

yellow/red, green/white and green/red for the TPS plug.
yellow/blue, green/black, and red/black for the MAP
The timing, rotor, plugs, wires and caps are good though.
For the IAT, those wires colors are, black/blue, orange, and yellow or white with black.

For what its worth, it seems like the TPS and MAP couldn't swap. The way its loomed, its real close with the injector plugs and stuff. Is it normal to have to maybe cut back the looming to make it reach
The wire colors in the connectors definitively say that your MAP sensor and TPS connectors are switched.
And the three wire IAT connector is actually the IACV connector. The IAT sensor connector only has two wires.

I'll keep it updated once I try swapping the tps and map. I don't think it is any vacuum leak however
