CEL codes can't be read after OBD1 swap?
I recently swapped my stock ITR ecu for a Hondata s100 equipped OBD1. I used a JK conversion harness also. The OBD1 has already been tuned sufficently.
Now the problem...the car before the ecu change has an CEL from no secondary o2. Now being swapped to obd1 it should be gone, but it's not. I've attempted to use the code jumper to see what code is being thrown, but nothing happens. No flashing, no tuning off, nothing!
Anything?

when the CEL is always solid and does not give a result it's usually an ecu issue. The ecu not reading the chip or something. When you turn the key to the on position (power) the CEL should light up for a few seconds then turn off. If it stays on then the chip isn't being read properly.
That happened to me once and discovered the chip was bad..

J12 is probably your problem, consult your dealer/tuner for a full explanation.
