Default 88 SI Running way too rich

Hey, I need some help with my prelude. It's running way too rich which is making it hard to start, The exhaust is super thick, and it seems like it cranks faster then it should. Where should i start at fixing this, ive replaced the Spark plugs and wires so far. Thanks

If maintenance doesn't cure you, just tune the A/F ratios.

If you damaged the O2 sensor, then yes.

And I would check the catyletic convertor as well.
