whats the full package?
you need to know what the complete package will be before picking parts like this.

the cylinder bore
how much compression you are planning on/how much CR your cams need
how high your redline gonna be
what cams you are planning to use
valves(oversized/flat faced/stock)
springs retainers stock/ aftermarket matching the cams you pick
headwork(ported,valve angle job?)
what intake manifold you planning to use.
is it gonna be turbo/NA nitrous?

this is your first post and its not enough information for anyone to give you a correct answer.

dyno thread see what packages make what numbers( pay attention to the dyno curve as well, where it makes power)
https://honda-tech.com/forums/all-motor-naturally-aspirated-44/official-all-motor-dyno-thread-1583606/

evans tuning dyno section is where i started myself
alot of great dynos to compare check out turbo section as well, just dont get sold on turbo i almost did

my cylinder bore is gonna be stock so 81mm
i was thinking rs machines itr pistons, oem itrs or p30s (not too sure)
LS crank and rods for longer stroke
i have a jdm p73 ecu on the side
as for head work, its gonna be stock. i think its gonna consist more of oem ctr/itr cams, valves, retainers and all that stuff
no port and polish.
edelbrock victor x intake manifold
itr header (????)
gsr tranny
apexi ws2 exhaust

going for a mild n/a build

All of that sounds good except for LS rods & victor X. If you don't have those items don't bother to buy. P30/itr pistons will be a good setup. Itr header also is fine. All the fancy valve springs and retainers are useless unless your going to shoot for more performance down the road (ex FI ). You can buy a used set of itr exh springs to make your exhaust side dual at a fraction of the cost.

I hope I helped, if not others with more exp. Can chime in to help you out.

The victor X is a huge manifold designed for larger displacement and high revs. On your particular setup, the performer X or even maybe the oem gsr manifold would be a better choice.
The victor X would probably only make more power at like 8k rpms and up. Focus on making usable power between 5k to your redline.
