d16y8 swap/auto: car doesn't accelerate when floored and rpms jump

so my old engine blew and my mechanic swap it and now it run weird
its a automatic 96 civic ex sedan
when i try to floor the car doesn't want to accelerate like my old engine
and sometime the rpm jump high.
when i drive it normally it fine but when i floor it , it runs weird.
the new engine only has 15k miles on it
