idle problem when at normal temp
First off I can only guess you've got an Accord somewhere between 90 and 95 ish..some of the 96's went ODB II.
If you got a bad O2 sensor then I would start there. It could be that with the bad O2 is causing the issue (too rich or too lean). Then there is another list of things to check.

make sure to have a volt omiter
cause ive swaped out 2 onto my car, but they where both sketchy. i had them from a nother car. let me know if that O2 sensor works, are o2 sensors interchangeable from d to b series? cause i am swapping soon but want my d to run good when i sell it

well i just replaced the IACV and it still died but the diffrence is i could hold my foot one spot and it would not die before if i held it it would still wanna die
Idle voltage: 0.40-0.50
WOT voltage: 4.5-5.0
If it is not within this range you WILL have the exact issue you described in the first place (more so for the idle voltage). Just replacing the TPS will not guarantee anything.
When you installed it, did you make sure the TPS voltage is within proper spec?

i recleaned and swapped out my iacv still same stuff as soon as the fan kicks on and i touch the throttle it drops to 0 rpms. and it seems to be starting hard like 2 cycles and it sounds like its tripping over it self aka too much gas and then it starts... who knows. hoping an O2 sensor cures your issue, and possible mine
well i just replaced my head gasket and thats what mine was doing when i went to start it.... come to find out that coolent was getting into two of the cyls when the car was off then had to burn it out at the start up
well the car idled fine before i changed the head gasket but i clean stuff with carb cleaner and i guess it messed up my IACV ..... so IACV fixed Idle.... and head gasket fixed start up
