Default help! which springs are front? which are rear?

HELP!! can anyone tell me which springs are for the front and which are for the back? and those dampers are GAB Superstroke 4ways for ITR if anyone wants to know, and the springs are RS*R ones..

BTW: one rear shock on top where the adjust is, is totally squished and can't be turned.. is there another way to adjust maybe? you just use a screwdriver and turn at the top in a slit for the others.. but the slit is shaved and squished and I can't turn it. the other 3 are ok though.

Thanks!

push down on them with your weight. the stiffer ones should be the fronts

The 2 to the left with less coils are for the rear, the ones on the right with more coils are for the front.

That's the other way around. I helped my friend with a suspension swap before and the stock springs are longer in rear and shorter in front. Same thing goes for the aftermarket ones that he was putting on.

ot..does it matter which end progressive springs are installed? lets say the springs were installed where the progressive springs denser coils were positioned at the bottom while the lesser coils are on top. would this matter?
