Default JDM D1B Vtec, very rich, crome

I just finished swapping a turbo'ed JDM D15B Vtec from an eg into my EK, transfered the ECU as well. The only thing i changed when i did the swap was a new exhaust manifold and downpipe, everything else about the motor is the same. I even swapped the Walbro 255 over.

I was told the ECU was tuned with crome... start the car up and its running very rich, its at 14.7 for the first ten seconds of idle or so when i start it up, then it goes down to about 10.7-11. A little bit of gas and it doesnt really lean out at all... stays at 11.0 ish

I have crome on my computer, and a chip burner.. but ive never used Crome. Would i be able to upload the .bin and try to remove some fuel? Or is it something that a noob should not do?

I also installed an AEM Tru-Boost, and i have no idea how to use this thing... The vacuum at idle shows -14/-15, is this normal? I rev it up to about 3000rpm and the vacuum doesnt really change at all...

vacuum should be -21....either map sensor has an issue or you have a vacuum leak
