Default still having an idling and bogging issue

ok so when i bought my car it was running perfect and i decided to give the car a sea foam and a sea foam spray into the throttle body read the directions i did this before so i knew what i was doing. my cousin adjusted my distributor cuz it looked off or whatever adjusted it a little bit went and drove the car felt pretty good until i actually started moving i make a left turn shift into second and starts sputtering bogging like crazy until the point im not moving anymore. turned the car off and drove home brought back the distributor to where it was and it felt somewhat better then it did before it was still doing it. couple days later i find out that the car has a step down harness to a p28 and i have a stock d16y7 with a y8 intake manifold with the stock throttle body with the three wires. as im looking at the harness that goes into the ecu the third iacv wire was cut guessing it had a mini me swap before so i connected it. the car did feel better and i looked at the p28 and it was burnt threw that in the back seat and had a ls ecu laying around i threw that in the car and it ran 85 percent better then it did. so i sold my ls ecu and my friend let me borrow his p06 ecu and it ran better then it did before but started sputtering up a lot and bogging everywhere first second third threw all gears. so i got a used but i knew it worked distributor msd spark plug wires and spark plugs hoping it would help it didnt help at all. on a cold start the car will start and idle at 400 and struggle to stay on if i dont move right away the car will die but if i let it sit it will die it drives better cold then warm. on a warm start itll idle up to 2000 drop down to 1500 then drop to 1100 then drop to 900 then drop down to around 400 500 and fluctuate between all of them i have a video

remember i have a stock d16y7 with a y8 manifold and y7 throttle body and i know its not the wrong manifold because it idled fine before
i kno in that video my check engine light doesnt turn on because theres no bulb but i took the bulb out of one of my friends clusters and drove around with the bulb in for a good half an hour and nothing came on

this is when i was driving

this is a warm start i forgot to get a cold start
