I have a lsvtec civic and I would like to boost it. It has 10:6:1 srp pistons, and a gsr head thats been milled 15 thousandths which brings it somewhere in the 11:5:1 range right? well if i put a non milled head on and add a thicker head gasket can i bring ratio down to boost safely or can i boost now 5-10 lbs?i am new here and i would like advive, thanks!

if you can get the compression down to 9.5:1 you can run 5 to 10lbs of boost pretty easy, two things ECU remap, and injectors. How much power are you looking to make? could do wonder with a set of turbo cams.

Oh yea, if i was at 9:5:1 i could boost the crap out of it with a good tune, but can i boost it with the high compression? or do i need to put a non milled head back on it and a thicker head gasket?

I would say you would be able to boost 5-7 lbs without worry with those aftermarket pistons. Is e85 available in your area? If so I would say 10 psi wouldnt be out of the question. All assuming you have tuned it.
