my 95 accord i cant get the windows to move up or down

 

That's pretty descriptive

Power windows? Manual windows? Just one window or all of them?

If the car has power windows and none of them are working, and you can't hear any motors clicking or humming when you press the switches, check the power window main switch on the driver's door to make sure it is turned "ON."

 

My guess is check the fuse box first. Then master switch.
