Default Running extremely rich.

I fried my ecu a while back. It's somewhere on these forums about it lol. Well, I have a modded H22A, and the tuned ECU is the one that fried. I bought a stock H22A P13 computer, and when I first put it in, it ran fine. Now it's starting to run rich, it's been running high Fuel Pressure since very shortly after I put the stock ECU in.
Is it the ECU needs to be tuned, or did my fuel pressure regulator lose it's mind? It's an AEM Non-Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator. (Of course the guy I bought it from would get the Non-Adjustable)
I've looked up symptoms of a broken regulator.
Poor gas mileage, poor performance, strong fuel smell, bogging down, stalling, difficult to start, and low/erradic idle speed.
I have terrible gas mileage, it's definitely slower than it used to be, by a lot, it doesn't pick up like it used to. The fuel smell is very strong. It doesn't really bog down, hasn't stalled ever. It's difficult to start sometimes, and the idle speed is very erradic.
But before I go off buying another regulator, could it be the ecu's fault? Not being tuned? Or do I just need a new regulator and the problems will be solved?

My Mods:
XVT Flat-Faced Nitrade Valves.
Cold Air Intake. Spectre.
DC Sport Headers.
3" Pacesetter Exhaust.
MSD Coil Pack and Plug Wires.
Short-Throw Shifter.
AEM Fuel Rail.
AEM Fuel Regulator.
Hypertechnic Internals.
Port and Polished.
Reinforced Block to Head Studs.
Neuspeed Swaybar System.
Racing KYB Struts/Shocks and Lowering Springs.

hahaha... Funny.

prolly needs a tune? The OEM ECU may not be able to handle the fuel Upgrades if you will.

That's what I'm thinking. With the High Fuel Regulator and the Fuel Rail with the Tuned ECU it was running 42ish pressure. Now it's running close to 50, if not more. I'll have to go turn it on and see what it says again. I forget. I put an h23 ecu in it once. Bad idea. lol.

Ya it's running 49-50 psi right now.
With the tuned ecu it was running 42ish.
And now that I think about it the H23 was running 55ish. Which, was just terrible.

Can anybody tell me what their H22a fuel pressure runs? I think mine was running stock even with the mods.

Might it have anything to do with installing more than 1 header at a time? Especially shitty ones.

Pfft. Header* There's only 1 lol.
And the guy that had the car b4 me already had those terrible headers/exhaust on there. I hate em both.
