Default RM M22x/Supertech valvetrain question

I did a valve adjustment using factory settings. .006" for intake and .008" for exhaust. everything sounded nice but now after 1,200 miles I'm hearing noise in the valve train. Since I'm using these cams should i be using different measurements? It's more noticeable when the I just start the car and goes away once the engine is warmed up. I'm using supertech valvetrain and that has about 29k miles on it. I purchased the cams and valvetrain brand new. Also when I'm in 5th gear and push the accelerator all the way down when going around 50mph it kinda make this loose change type sound.

if the engine hasn't been tuned, that sound is probably detonation. Rocket cams actually require .007" intake and .009" exhaust for valve lash clearance.

it has been tuned. since then though an edelbrock victor x im and a test pipe has been added. also i was tuned with 93 and the elevation of where i lived at the time was around 700ft. Now i'm stuck using 91 and at an elevation of 5,300ft.

lower octane and totally different intake manifold = your car is untuned
