Default rebuilt turbo smokes lighty after ic and dp cleaned

alright first of all the car is a
99 Acura Integra Ls/Vtec turbo
turbonectics t3/t4 turbo with .095 1/8th ntp restrictor i am now running a .065 ristrictor and still smoking
does not smoke on startup
does not smoke on deccel
does smoke under acceleration sometimes and othertimes it wont
sometimes smokes at idle
car pulls hard still
everything sounds and looks good

The story...
a couple of weeks ago i blew the seals in my turbonectis turbo while i was running the 1/8th reducer and no filter just a screen.my car began to smoke really bad so i pulled the downpipe off and found it was covered in oil so i pulled the turbo off and ordered a kit from gpopshop and i rebuilt it and sent it to them to balance it. and i got it back two days ago and threw it back on and primed it and started it and let it idle for 5 mins just like they told me. anyway i noticed today there was a cloud of blue smoke behind me i figured it was just oil in the downpipe so i pulled it off and cleaned it and cleaned the intercooler and pipes. then took it for a drive, it still smokes but alot less than it did before but still is noticeable. do i just drive it around and it will stop eventualy. and i am wondering if my restrictor is too big. i also have the engine to the full mark oil wise, do i have to drain some out?.

sorry for the cluttered story

turbo has less than 50 miles on it as well

i was running a .095 and it was smoking bad so i switched to a .065 and it still smokes not as bad as it did before there is oil in my exhaust and it sprayed a tiny bit on my back bumper and as you can see i have some oil leaking from the return and theres some drips other places to. Do you think i have too much oil in the engine

could be that you need to go to about .060 but you need to know what the oil pressure at start up to find out what where you are. Return looks decent. CHRA seems pretty vertical. could be that back piston ring in the turbo at the turbine shaft

i also added a rubber hose from my valve cover to a barbed fiting i put on my air filter so that the turbo pulled presure from the engine and that helped out alot being that is my only crankcase vent and smoke is now completely gone
