Is this an idle specific problem or does the engine also have some issues while driving?
Is this a hunting/fluctuating idle? Does the idle spend more time on the high side or the low side of idle speed?

It spends more time about high idle but once it starts its about half and half. I guess it doesnt miss when im driving...unless I drive for a very long time I somewhat feel of a performance issue maybe.
I cleaned my IACV but not as well as your write up explains. I will be doing both the IACV and the FITV tomorrow thanks for your write ups RonJ@HT. Do you have a shop down in Houston or something? I am from Houston but live in Maryland right now.
