Thank you. So how would I go about this? 45 sounda like the simple, diconnect my IAC and adjust the screw for my cold intake.
The other two Im worried about, need to do more research.

Code 73 & 74 could be a variety of things actually. When it happened on my Civic it was a leaky head gasket. Other have just replaced spark plugs, wires, dist. caps/ rotors, etc. and have gotten results. There are quite a few threads about the problem though. Any other symptoms?
Im back:
Just did a compression dry test & they go as:
#1 -165
#2 -150
#3 -150
#4 -156
My check engine code change to 73 & 72
Also, my SRS light is throwing a code; If Im reading right, its a 55.
Anyone know what the SRS error code is?
Gratz

The compression is fine.
You should scan that car with an OBD-2 scanner and get the OBD-2 DTCs (also known as "P-codes"). They're more specific and make it much easier to accurately diagnose problems. The old pre-OBD and OBD-1 double-digit error codes are kind of vague and obsolete.
What problems are you having with the car?
Have you checked the valve lash? Have you ever had the valves adjusted? When was the last time you checked or replaced your ignition parts (dist. cap, rotor, plugs, wires)? Are you getting any oil inside the spark plug tubes? Have you checked for any water inside the spark plug tubes or under the distributor cap? Are you using NGK or Denso spark plugs?

Thanks for psi feedback, thats a load off my mind. Im getting error code 73,72 and my SRS light in blinking an error code 55. Its been four years since I wrench on my wife CRV. I had a burnt exhauset valve then, and it suck donkey *****.
Today I change the timing belt and water pump, adjusted my valve clearance, and swap out the thermostate. Tomorrow, Im gonna reset the iddle speed, then ignition timing, clean out my intakek, iac, and iddle valve. Hope Im not missing anything. I hope everything will be kewel once I clear the codes and they well stay off.
I will post up the results.

Well, things went very well. She fired up perfect, except for the slight rouph idle and Im still showing error code 73. Not bad, Im down to one issue. Im thinking Im gonna go get rotor, plugs and wires, shes way over due. If anyone thinks Im missing something, this the time let me have it. Thanks
I would doube check the fuel injectors. Last time I clean them, I had one that had that brown tip broken off and another had hairline fractures. Anyone else?
Well! Jost spent about $82.00 on new dizzy, rotter, wire set, plugs. She started very nice. Cleared the TCU but didnt get a chance to keep at long. Im still shacky about the idle speed. What do the mean by 480/ +50? Is that when i have the iac and canister purg disconected. The tack starts at 500, then u you have the 0. So its 500, 600, 700, 800, 900 and then 1000. So when I hook the iac and the canister, where is theh rpm set at. Im just want get this right, I know its gonna affect my fuel consumption.
