Default precision turbo smoke?

i have a precision sc60 turbo that im running on my ls integra. turbo came off an evo mr and was fine. put it on my car and it smokes and im getting oil in the vacuum line from the turbo to the wastegate. do i just need a restrictor? i was told most garret turbos and precisions needed them. spools and all that perfect

-3 AN feed line with a .065" restrictor, & you'll be fine. That's what I ran on my SC-6031.
