Default cel 14!!!

ok i have a b16a2 in my 2000 hatch, my car would run fine then when im stopped at a stop light the cel light would come on and my rpm would idle at 1500 rpm. when i start to move it would hesitate and jerk between 1500 and 2000 rpm. anything over that it would run fine until i shift gears, then it would jerk like i popped the clutch. cel code 14 would show up on my scanner. i cleaned the iacv and it ran fine for a while then it would happen again. i changed the iacv too and still the same. im getting tired of getting out of my car and disconecting the negative to reset the cel. anybody else have this happen to them? whats the fix???? please help=p

has this always happened since the swap or just recently? Just wondering how you wired the IACV from when it was the original motor being a 3 wire and going to the two wire?

What ECU? If you have an OBDII ECU, then post the OBDII code.

its the stock p2t ecu...okheres the story, i have a canadian sir b16a2 with a american si ecu. canadian sir harness. i had to splice and dice the the alternator plug to change it to the american alternator plug so i wont throw an eld code. i was thinking ecu too but they are pretty pricey and rare around here. this started happening right after the swap.

It would be P1508 for a P2T ECU.

1) Unplug the IACV connector and turn the key to ON(II). Do you measure battery voltage to body ground on the Yel/Blk wire terminal?

2) Reconnect the IAVC plug and unplug ECU connector B. With the key in ON(II), do you measure battery voltage to body ground at terminal B23?
