from obd2 d16 to obd1 b16. Help me
Alright. Its pretty simple really. Im sawpping my OBD2 d16y8 out of my 96 Civic Ex, and Wanting to throw in a OBD1 built B16. Im not to hip with the whole motor swap, so im trying to get some info on what i will need.
Im aware that the ECU is going to have to be changed..as well as the harness..motor mounts....thats about all i got so far.
Anyone care to walk me through it, or give me a link to some step by step help?
thanks guys

BTW there is a hybrid swap sub-forum here that might have better stickies for you to view.
You dont need to change the harness, if the original harness is from an EX than it is a VTEC harness. Just get an adapter harness to plug into the OBD1 Computer.
Motor mounts you can get from a 99-00 civic SI or Hasport makes some if you have the money.
Also will need the B-series axles...
