Default 96 hb - Back Up lights wiring problem

So i have 96 hb, im going to swap b16 and the engine harness i got is from 96 or 98 4door ex automatic, i did all the plugs now for my back up lamps, 1 wire comes from drivers side (yel/red) to reverse switch (on tranny) carrying 12v, now another wire that needs to go to actual lamps is yel/red or grn/blk but i dont see either one, so which 1 do i tap in to?

A good thread title helps you get more responses by letting members know what specific information you need:

Here's your original title: "Converting harness Q"

It's unclear that you are seeking help for the Back Up Light wires. Better thread title = better and faster answers

The wire diagram I posted shows that the connector for Back Up Light switch on the transmission has two Grn/Blk wires. It's confusing, but one is power from the fuse and the other runs to the Back Up Lights in the rear.

but my engine harness is from automatic so it doesnt have those 2 grn/blk wires, so what i was gonna do is find the wire that runs to back up lamps and just run my own wire from switch to that wire, but i cant fis that grn/black that runs to actual lamps

If your whole car were converted to the 5-speed harness, then your problem would already be solved. Did you look for the C433 auto-tranny connector below/behind the heater control panel?
