funny viberating feeling i think its coming from front right side
hey everyone im new to this forum but a buddy of mine told me its a lot of help so im here for some advice i have a 1997 integra that i recently got and had to fix a couplre of things on it already now that i finally got it running when its moving it feels as if it has a flat tire or a bubble on the tire in other words it kind of feels as if the tire was squared but the tire is in perfect condition i believe its coming from the front right side any ideas of what it might be any help will be greatly appreciated thanks
You can start off by checking if the front tires are properly balanced....Is the vibration only present when you accelerate the vehicle or at a certain mph? Damaged inner cv joints seem to cause a major front end vibration when accelerating...Like described in the 2nd sentence...Just some a ideas but do let us know what you find...
Have the tire spin balanced and checked for roundness, and rim roundness, all at the same time. It is a start, then CVs as noted.
Also a vibration could be caused from a loose or worn front hub or wheel bearing/tie-rod ends/ or even a worn lower balljoint depending on how bad it is.
