Default Having some problems see if you guys can help?

Well since this is pretty much the only section i use on here ill post my problems with you guys.

Alright well ive been struggling with my car for a bit now. Im getting a cel 14 when i start the car usually if i shut the car off a couple times and restart it will go away. The cel 14 is iacv or bad ecu. The cars idle is all over some times it will idle some times it wont, or after i do a wot pull the idle will bounce or do what its doing now and sit at like 3k rpms. Ive tried a couple different iacv all seem to do the same thing but i know one is bad but i dont think i have 3 bad iacv, orrr do I? Or am i having a ecu problem ive tried reburning my chip but it makes no difference.

Car is a turboed civic tuned on crome any insight or things to check would be great thanks guys.

Ended up fixing the problem tried the other iacvs with no luck took the best looking one and ripped it apart rebuilt it cleaned everything put it back in and now its idling close to perfect. I did find some issues with my tune that im going to have to address but as for now the iacv was the problem.
