Default żidling problem with crome?

since i've been tuned on crome, i've been having this weird idling problem. i don't know if my plugs are too cold or what. i'm kind of ruling out the possibily of it being the iacv because it doesn't happen all the time. and i don't think there's a vac leak cause nothing was wrong when i was running on FMU...but here's the scenerio:

car is warmed up, i drive around town for a while, idle will flucuate 200-500rpm's (it's kind of like iacv problem). the rpm will drop almost to the point that the car kills itself, but it jumps back up quick enough to stay a live. if i start driving off again and come to another stop, it may or may not do it anymore.

some other times the idle will stay a little more consistant, like it wont jump the tach up and down, but you can definitely hear it out the exhaust, it's just bubbly. somewhat sounds like it's gonna die too.

when the car is warming up, it sounds like stock. no problems at all.

when i went to go get tuned, i was running heat range 9 spark plugs. right now i'm running heat range 8's. i have a set of 7's on the side now, i might try these out to see if there's a difference. tuner did say that idle might be a little rough since i'm running the 9's, but it'll be better when i stop up on the spark plugs. it sounded fine the day we tuned. but since that day, it's been poop. stepping to 8's hasn't helped much.

anyone think they can help me out?

whats the idle set at?

I set my idle at 900 and had the same problem, then i found in advanve tools, the ect vs idle you must set the higher temps idle to match your idle.
