Please help Thanks in advance for any replies. So I was beating on the R a little yesterday (road course) and after I was done, I believe the clutch took a crap on me. Engagement point feels different (maybe) and chatters when taking off from a stop unless I rev and slip out the clutch. Also, putting the shifter into any gear is difficult, you damn near have to rev match it, and shifting at anything above 3,000 rpm's is a no-go, it will not go into gear. I already ordered a new clutch and flywheel, just wanted input on what else if anything could have happened. I haven't had problems with the stock clutch slipping prior to this, and even now when I put it in 5th gear at a very low speed and floor it, it will not slip. Any input greatly appreciated. i have been having the same problem and when i switched the clutch it ended up being the pressure plate.

 

it does sound like something PP related. hopefully none of the fingers are bent...but you might want to replace the PP while it's coming out. also, flush out the tranny fluid since you went to the track with it.
