i did a head swap with street cams, retainers, valves, valve springs, 3 angle valve job, etc.... and it sounds like it sucks in more air the before, and i do feel an improvement, i can now trip 3rd gear with 3 people in the car pretty good, before i could only do it by myself and once in a Purple Moon i could do it with someone else, but now i can do it just about anytime....... should i get a Fuel Pressure Regulator, and if i do, what should the PSI on it be??? compared to stock PSI wich is?????? thanks

 

Uh and what kinda engine do you have? It would help to know what you have under your hood. You say "cams" so I am getting the impression you have some DOHC engine, but with the idiots thease day's it's anyones guess...? Anyway nomatter what engine you have, the only way to tell if you "need" more fuel is to figure it out yourself. Do you have signs of running too lean. Check your plugs, overheating, hesitation, get a FPR set it at normal specifications, put your car on a dyno, and tune tha biatch.

 

fuel and tuning devices can never hurt unless your an idiot. go for it: get a airfuel ratio gauge and a fuel pressure gauges.
