Default Obd1 motor in OBD2 Car

Before you guys start flaming, I've been searching for about 2 hours and still haven't found my answer. Any help is appreciated. So I'm helping a friend swap engines. Motor is a d15 vtec, iirc its jdm, and its going into a 2000 Civic DX. Car already has a ecu jumper I'm guessing obd2 to obd1 ? What needs to be rewired, I know the injectors u just take out the blue pins. O2 sensor ? Alternator ? Distributor ? do they all need to be rewired or do I get a adapter from rywire for the distributor ? Again any help would be appreciated
