i have an 01 accord that sometimes when i try to start it it acts like the battery is dead but all the dash lights come on..and if i leave the key on for a few seconds it starts right up....any ideas thanks for all input

 

clean your battery terminals. you may have corrosion that is inhibiting current flow until the terminals get hot.
