ive had a noise that got louder lately. i thought it was my tires or brakes. i put new brakes on and rotated tires still there. so now im trying to c if it a bearing. when drivin straight it quiet when turning the wheel slightly to left or right it gets loud. Also it gets loud when i accelerate and info wold be appreciated thx

Is a wheel splash guard possibly bent and rubbing on the brake rotor?
