For a D15B7 the Valve stem to guide clearance is as follows

Intake 0.001 to 0.002 inch/ Service Intake maximum is 0.003

Exhaust is 0.0002 to 0.003 inch / Service Intake maximum is 0.005

Saddly I'm only a middle of the road guy fairly new to the world of working on cars... though I do have a head for specs and just happen to have a D15b7 sitting on the desk next to me where I've almost finished replaceing all the Valves so I had the numbers handy.
I was just focused on makeing sure everything was in spec so I went for as close to 0.001 as I could get consistantly. figured things are most likely to wear down and gaps to increase via wear, so I'm trying to keep things really tight.

Holy ****, them gauges are almost paper thin, no wonder my valves sound like they are slaping.

TDC order: 1,3,4 & 2?

1-3-4-2 is correct. and those seem tight to me, but couldnt hurt, i have d16 and i was .007 and .009 but its also a different head. so the website i suggest is:

http://www.hondacarforum.com/honda-3...djustment.html

they confirm what i said about it
