JRSC - HELP!
My belt keeps slipping off and becomes detached from the blower to the alternator. After the first time, I fixed the issue with a new belt and that fixed the problem. That was a year ago.
Now, after a new belt from supercharger.com, as soon as I barely get it to boost, the belt falls off. This happened four times in the past month. I've gotten quite annoyed of this so I just left it and drove it without the belt connected from the blower to the alternator.
I noticed that the pulley on the blower itself seems to have some play. Could this be the issue? If it is, how do I go about tightening the pulley? Also, should I replace this pulley? When the belt was on, I do remember it making some minor noises from around the pulley.
Is there something more major that needs addressing?
cliff notes:
-belt slips and detaches from blower pulley to alternator when in boost
-pulley on blower (nose pulley?) has play - how do i tigten the pulley? Should I replace it?
-Is there something more that I should be focusing on?
This is on a GSR, 6lbs, stock setup. All belts I use are Bando (from supercharger.com).

there is play in and out. Also, when spinning the nose pulley by hand, you can actually spin it for about a quarter inch then it'll catch the fins and spin.
