Does anyone know of a company that makes a pillow ball mount for 96-00 civics?

why ?

is this a dedicated track car ? pillowball mounts are overkill for the street and very noisy.

...and I'm still trying to find out how this would benefit a double-wishbone Honda...

Actually some people do. Usually when you see a "pillowball" mount pictured it has an adjustable camber plate in it. The Honda ones obviously don't.

Given the choice, I'd much rather have a spherical bearing than a rubber or urethane bushing here, but I can't imagine that it has any measurable effect on handling. I paid $350+ for this option for my tein's back in the day... and, like the majority of people who have bought them, I did it more for the *bling effect* than anything else...
