im turboing my b16a2 engine and going for 500 plus i was woundering can i use the b16 oil pump and rev to 9k-9.5k safely

 

yes. also if you research at Honda now all of the b series have the same part number for oil pumps including the ITR.

why would you want to rev that high in a FI car? considering your probally stop producing power at 8,2k or so.

what is your set up ? ems?

 

b16,darton sleeved,je 9.1 pistons,eagle rods,supertech valves,springs retainers,gsr cams,bmc stage 2 intake manifold,gt3076r,fullrace ramhorn manifold,exhaust straight out the front bumper,b16 gearbox,id1000cc injectors,blox 72mm throttlebody,cbr coils dont u think ill make power to 9k?
